Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a Behavior Technician to join a BCBA-led team and provide compassionate ABA services in home, school, or community settings.

This flexible, part-time/per diem role is ideal for students or those starting in the field. RBT certification is a plus but not required, with per diem scheduling and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $20-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $22-$28/hour
