Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA support in in-home, school, and community settings across New Jersey. Per diem, part-time opportunities offer flexible scheduling and room to grow within a supportive team.

RBT certification is a plus but not required; hands-on training, supervision, and opportunities for career advancement are provided. Join a small, collaborative team focused on client progress and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour

• Paid training opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:
