Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a BCBA-led team. This flexible, part-time/per diem role offers supportive supervision, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth. RBT certification is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Per diem rates and local opportunities around New Jersey make this a great entry point for students or those starting a career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred.
• RBT certification is a bonus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation

• BT Rate: $20-$25/hour
