Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) for flexible, part-time/per diem roles across New Jersey. RBT certification is a plus but not required, with per diem scheduling and local assignments to suit student or entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home, school, and community ABA sessions, documenting progress, and maintaining a supportive, safe environment while collaborating with families and a supervising BCBA.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

Key Responsibilities:
