Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. supports individuals with autism through comprehensive ABA services. The BCaBA-licensed role focuses on supervising front-line staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality therapy for clients.

You will supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, provide direct therapy when necessary, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field or in graduate school working towards BCBA, with plans to take the BCaBA/BCBA exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, ensure timely treatment plan submissions.
• Develop, supervise, and implement ABA programs for clients.
• Provide direct therapy as needed.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians on ABA program delivery.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations and billing.
