Ability Builders Consulting Co. is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our clinical team as a Supervising Analyst, blending direct 1:1 intervention with high-level supervision under the Clinical Director.

The role uses ABA techniques (DTI, NET) to support children with autism, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS), maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families and educators to ensure consistent care. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles including reinforcement, punishment, and 3-step guided compliance.
• Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.
• Active in a clinic environment with physical ability to bend, stand, lift 20+ lbs.

Aufgaben

• Direct & Supervisory Care: Balance 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases.
• Clinical Assessment: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans (IBP).
• Data Oversight: Use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and problem behavior.
• Collaborative Leadership: Establish strong, cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation.
