Job summary

LOGAN Center in Michigan seeks a BCaBA-certified professional to supervise frontline staff delivering ABA services. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, conduct client assessments, and ensure proper program implementation under the supervision of a Senior BCBA or Assistant Clinical Director.

You will provide direct therapy as needed, train staff, and maintain professional boundaries with families, collaborating across teams to maintain high-quality care for individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s in Psychology or related field, or in graduate school pursuing BCBA.
• Good communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with timeliness in arrival, work completion and treatment plan submission.
• Complete assessments for assigned clients.
• Develop, monitor, and modify the implementation of treatment plans for clients.
• Present treatment plan to the insurance provider for appropriate authorization.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians on all aspects of ABA programs.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Develop effective behavior plans.
• Assist in intakes when requested.
• Work with staff to ensure a safe and healthy therapy environment.
• Assist with billing information accuracy in EMR system.
