Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise clinical staff, support families, and ensure care aligns with insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration with the care team to optimize client outcomes. A valid BCBA is required along with at least one year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed analyst and meet state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering ABA services with autism.
• Experience with in-home and/or clinic-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services: assessment, programming, progress monitoring and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transition planning with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports and insurance reviews.
