Job summary

LOGAN Center is seeking a Level 1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise front-line ABA staff in Child & Adolescent Services. You will develop and supervise ABA programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and staff training.

The role emphasizes caseload management, treatment plan reviews, and collaboration with families and insurers. You will report to a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA, with opportunities for professional growth toward Senior BCBA and salary advancement as you

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field required.
• BCBA credentialing/eligibility required for state licensing.
• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessment and treatment.
• Excellent ability to communicate with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with timeliness and quality of service delivery.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, supervise, and adjust treatment plans for clients.
• Present treatment plans for insurance authorization and continuation of care.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed and maintain professional boundaries.
