Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a dedicated BCaBA to lead supervision and develop ABA programs in Autism Services. The role focuses on training front-line staff and supervising treatment plans through high‑quality ABA practices.

You will supervise technicians, deliver direct therapy as needed, and collaborate with families and insurers to ensure appropriate care and authorization. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong commitment to community impact.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification and eligibility to take the BCBA exam within 6 months
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and treatment approaches
• Ability to sit, kneel, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Excellent communication with families and professionals

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision and development of ABA treatment plans for clients
• Provide direct therapy to clients as needed
• Review treatment plans with insurers and obtain authorizations
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure program fidelity
• Maintain a safe, compliant and respectful service environment
