Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a BCaBA to supervise front-line staff delivering ABA services and to develop effective treatment plans for clients.

You will coordinate with senior analysts and insurers to secure necessary authorizations while providing direct therapy when required. Ideal candidates have BCaBA certification and a Master’s in psychology or a related field, with experience in autism services.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, or in graduate school working toward BCBA.
• Experience in autism services or ABA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to front-line staff implementing ABA programs.
• Develop and modify treatment plans for clients.
• Present treatment plans to insurers for authorization and continuation of care.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain safety and ethical standards across therapy locations.
