FirstSteps for Kids is seeking a Regional Scheduling Coordinator to match treatment needs with clinicians and available hours. You will build and manage schedules, coordinate coverage, and help ensure every child receives their recommended therapy hours.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, people-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure while solving scheduling challenges and balancing competing priorities.

• High-volume scheduling experience required.
• People person who enjoys building relationships with parents and clinicians.

Responsibilities
