Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking an ABA Scheduling Coordinator in Walnut Creek, CA. This in-person role runs 7AM–4PM five days a week and focuses on matching child ABA therapy needs with clinicians and available hours.

You will build relationships with parents and clinical teams, stay calm under pressure, and manage schedules to ensure the required treatment hours are met every day.

Our Regional Scheduling Coordinator help make sure children receive theABA therapy they need by matching individualized treatment needs with the right clinicians and available hours.Every day brings a new challenge, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and find solutions when plans change.

You’ll build strong relationships with parents, BCBAs, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and helping ensure every child receives their recommended treatment hours.

This position is in person 5 day a week from 7AM - 4 PM
