FirstSteps for Kids in Walnut Creek is seeking a Regional Scheduling Coordinator to ensure children receive their ABA therapy by matching treatment needs with clinicians and available hours. The role requires building strong relationships with parents, BCBA supervisors, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules and coordinating coverage.

This in-person position is 5 days a week, 7 AM to 4 PM, and demands calm under pressure, organization, and a solutions-focused

Qualifications

• High-volume scheduling experience required.
• Local to the Walnut Creek area.
• People person who enjoys building relationships with parents and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage schedules, coordinate coverage, and ensure every child receives their recommended treatment hours.
• Develop strong relationships with parents, BCBAs, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams to support scheduling needs.
