FirstSteps for Kids in Walnut Creek is seeking a Regional Scheduling Coordinator to ensure children receive their ABA therapy by matching treatment needs with clinicians and available hours. The role requires building strong relationships with parents, BCBA supervisors, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules and coordinating coverage.

This in-person position is 5 days a week, 7 AM to 4 PM, and demands calm under pressure, organization, and a solutions-focused

• High-volume scheduling experience required.
• Local to the Walnut Creek area.
• People person who enjoys building relationships with parents and clinicians.

Our Regional Scheduling Coordinator help make sure children receive the ABA therapy they need by matching individualized treatment needs with the right clinicians and available hours. Every day brings a new challenge, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and find solutions when plans change.

You’ll build strong relationships with parents, BCBAs, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and helping ensure every child receives their recommended treatment hours.This position is in person 5 day a week from 7AM - 4 PM
