Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking an ABA Recruiter to remotely connect RBTs and BTs with meaningful roles across multiple states. Join a team dedicated to helping families access quality ABA services while working from anywhere in North Carolina.

You will recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews, building a robust pipeline and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Prior ABA recruiting or hands-on ABA background is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage qualified RBT and BT candidates across multiple states.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ABA providers; manage lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

ABA Recruiter Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred

• Direct ABA recruiting experience is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and other ABA professionals.
• Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or hands-on ABA field experience strongly preferred. We value candidates who understand the demands of the role because they've worked in the field themselves.
• In-depth knowledge of ABA terminology, credentialing, and licensure requirements, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certifications.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare or behavioral health environment.
