Job summary

ABA Staffing Agency is seeking a seasoned Remote ABA Recruiter to identify and place BCBAs, RBTs and other ABA clinicians. You will source, screen, and connect professionals with opportunities while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.

You will partner with clients to understand staffing needs, culture, and certification requirements, enabling successful placements across a fully remote model and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting in the ABA industry.
• Deep knowledge of BCBAs, RBTs and related roles.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Capable of building long-term clinician-client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs and other ABA professionals.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
