Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health roles, including RBTs and BCBAs. The role is fully remote in the United States and involves partnering with hiring leaders to build pipelines and drive quality hires.

You will source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, manage relationships through the hiring process, and contribute to employer branding within the ABA community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
