Job summary

Chris Baily is seeking a seasoned Remote ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top ABA talent, including BCBAs and RBTs, across client organizations. This part-time, fully remote role offers flexible schedules, performance-based incentives for successful placements, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven ABA staffing company that connects clinicians with families and partners.

• Proven experience recruiting in the ABA industry (RBTs, BCBAs, or related roles).
• Strong understanding of ABA roles, certifications, and career paths.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with ABA professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
• Manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date on ABA industry trends, workforce needs, and certification requirements.
