Job summary

April ABA is seeking an ABA Recruiter to source and recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will build a strong candidate pipeline and connect qualified professionals with opportunities to support individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for ABA services strongly preferred.
• Professional, ethical, and effective communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified BCBAs, BHTs, and RBTs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires, and help confirm that required certification and compliance steps are completed.
