Job summary

April ABA is seeking an ABA Recruiter to source and recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will build a strong candidate pipeline and connect qualified professionals with opportunities to support individuals with autism.

ABA Recruiter

Join April ABA as an ABA Recruiter and help build the clinical teams that deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. You will source and recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), cultivate a strong candidate pipeline, and connect qualified professionals with opportunities to support individuals with autism. This role is well suited to a motivated recruiter who wants to make a meaningful contribution to behavioral health care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), while communicating April ABA's mission to serve individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires, and help confirm that required certification and compliance steps are completed.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred; experience recruiting for ABA services is strongly preferred.
• Professional, ethical, and effective communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Experience and Skills Needed

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, includes candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) staffing needs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use recruiting technology to streamline workflows, maintain candidate information, and improve recruiter productivity.

Work Environment

• This position works in an office environment and requires regular use of computers, mobile devices, and other office equipment for recruiting activities.

Physical and Functional Requirements

• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation, for up to six to eight hours per day.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
