Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team as RBTs or aspiring RBTs. We provide paid training to earn your RBT certification and support you as you begin delivering services to children with Autism in home and community settings.

As a part-time role, you will work with a clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans, collect session data, and help families apply strategies across environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
