Heartland Behavior in Ohio seeks a motivated RBT to join our ABA team. We offer paid training to earn RBT certification before you begin services, with support to succeed. This is a part-time role serving clients in homes and community settings, with flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Paid training to prepare for and earn RBT certification.
• Commitment to at least six months to impact clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans with the team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
