Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions and collecting session data.

We offer paid training to support earning the RBT certification, flexible part-time schedules, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to your professional growth and the families we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
