Heartland Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals for part-time in-home ABA services in Ohio. Training is provided to earn RBT certification, enabling you to work with children with Autism under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor necessary.
• Commitment to at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
