Job summary

Heartland-ABA in Ohio seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one to implement individualized programs, collect session data, and help clients gain independence.

We offer training to earn the RBT certification, flexible part-time hours, and a supportive clinical team focused on positive behavior and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support are provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
