Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Ohio is seeking compassionate individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. We provide paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and ongoing support from an experienced clinical team.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, the chance to advance professionally, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
