Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio seeks a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. We provide training to earn RBT certification before starting services.

You'll work with a dedicated clinical team, collect session data, and implement individualized skill-building programs to help clients gain independence. Flexible scheduling and ongoing support are offered. Commitment of at least six months is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
