Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, with training to earn the RBT certification. You will work within our clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
