Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking compassionate individuals to join our ABA team as a part-time RBT trainee. We provide paid training and support to earn your RBT certification before beginning services, with flexible home- and community-based client sessions.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA services, assist in implementing individualized care plans, and carefully document session data while engaging families. This role offers meaningful impact and ongoing team support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
