Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Ohio. Training will be provided to earn RBT certification before service delivery.

You will support skill-building programs, collect session data, and work with a clinical team to ensure positive outcomes for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must be patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Aspires to obtain RBT certification with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs under supervision.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a supportive learning environment and engage families in sessions.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate part-time hours.
