Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans created by the supervising BCBA and record progress using clinical software.

You will work with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent skill development and generalization, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment that supports meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
