Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
