Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision, collecting accurate progress data and maintaining a supportive learning environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and ongoing professional growth within a team that values excellence and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
