Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.

The role emphasizes reliability, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Requires active RBT certification.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement intervention and skill acquisition programs set by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
