Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision and document progress in real time using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma, and experience with autism. Reliable transportation is essential, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork to support families.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Education: HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
