Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data using clinical software.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency, generalization of skills, and meaningful progress for each child. A supportive team environment emphasizes professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Education

Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
