Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision. You’ll deliver high-quality ABA therapy and help families apply strategies in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School diploma required; degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
