Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You’ll implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent progress.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, reliability, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid RBT certification and access to reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
