Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement IPCs and track progress using dedicated clinical software.

You’ll work under supervision with BCBA(s) and families to ensure consistent skill growth, data collection, and positive outcomes. A valid RBT or eligibility is required; a driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
