Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring for an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus), and a strong passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
