Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and track progress with clinical software.

The role emphasizes teamwork with BCBAs and families, a supportive environment, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes for children and families. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
