Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in ABA.
• One year of experience supervising ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold licensure and certification standards.
