Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. Required credentials include active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, plus a BA with ABA coursework and supervisory ABA

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year supervisory ABA experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
