Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery across assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth of teams, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership. Qualified applicants should hold active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor’s degree with 12 semester units in ABA, and at least one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with twelve semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• One year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, involving designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
