Job summary

Applicants must hold active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units, and at least one year supervising ABA services. Additional state credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
