Job summary

PBS Corp. Program Managers oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. They demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged; required credentials include active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a BA with 12 ABA units and one year supervising ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA.
• One year supervising ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
