Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery. You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and maintain PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

Role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification, a BA degree with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience. Additional state credentials may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
