Active licensure or BCaBA, plus a Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field, is required. Additional state credentials may be needed based on service location. The role offers flexible scheduling and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure and certification requirements.]
