Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and coordinate care across regional teams. You will ensure continuity of high-quality ABA services while supporting staff development and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Applicants should have active licensure or BCaBA certification, plus a relevant degree and supervisory ABA experience. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
